I really loved the beautiful decorations at the hotel. The traditional Japanese artwork and delicate details made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The general areas were always kept clean and tidy, and the hallways were well-lit and easy to navigate, which was great for seniors like myself. It was also a relief to find that the hotel had ramps and elevators, making it accessible for older people like me.
I wish the children working there could offer more assistance with carrying heavy luggage.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel is close to three different train lines. the shopping area is nearby, and there are plenty of food and bar options in the neighborhood. the room may be small, but there is air conditioning and free coffee in the lobby.
The breakfast buffet has limited food choices and is not a good value for the price.

The hotel was conveniently located near multiple metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. The room, though on the smaller side, was clean and well-maintained. Despite a few minor hiccups with the WiFi and room size, I had a pleasant stay at Akasaka Urban Hotel. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.

The hotel was easy to find and located in a good area with plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and polite, and the beds were comfortable. Plus, the hotel was close to multiple train lines, making it convenient for transportation.
The room had poor ventilation and the WiFi connection was weak or absent, which made it difficult to work remotely. there was a time limit for room cleaning, which was inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. The location was great, very close to several metro stations and restaurants. Another positive was the nice quality of the bed, it was very comfortable. The room was also kept clean during our stay.
The room was really small, we could hardly move around and had to stack our luggage on top of each other to avoid tripping. The room felt quite cramped especially with all our xmas presents!
